Star of Life
Vicki was asked to make a cake for a Paramedic conference, but she was taking off to vacation at the Bahamas. So she baked and shaped the cake, and turned the rest over to me. I pieced the cake together to make the Star of Life, and then I decorated it. It was a huge cake! It fit perfectly on this 2ft by 2ft board.

Volleyball
Teamwork on this cake again. Vicki baked the cake, and I decorated it. The cake on the bottom was buttercream with a fondant volleyball net and fondant stars. The volleyball cake on top was covered with fondant.

Dora the Explorer on Crocodile Lake
This was a fun cake. It's a two layer topsy turvy (topsy turvy is the crooked, falling over look) cake with blue buttercream icing to look like water. The grass along the bottom is buttercream as well. Then, I used fondant to make all of the characters and the other decorations.

DAD
Here are pictures of a cake I made for Father's Day. I actually made a couple of these, but I've posted pictures of just this one cake. The two were pretty much the same.
